YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE ESO PLUS™ MEMBERSHIP THROUGH STADIA ® . PLEASE VISIT  HTTPS://STADIA.GOOGLE.COM/  TO MANAGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP. That is the note on ESO. Their support refers you to Stadia. Stadia have details of my monthly payments in purchases & subscriptions but no actual subs box that you can cancel. Stadia support says it cannot end the payments as they are in-game. ESO state they have no current subscription. I cannot log in on ESO with Stadia id, I have a different id on ESO.

Hello, I am trying to cancel eso+ monthly subscription that is on auto renewal. Payments are shown in stadia purchases & subs but there is no button to cancel. Stadia support state they cannot cancel subs and ESO state they cannot end payments. Interesting situation that suggests i must pay eso+ for life if i continue to play the game. Is there a way to cancel the in-game subscription on pc. Do i have to delete my stadia account and lose all games because one subscription cannot be cancelled?
