I have been wanting a Stadia controller mount since I've seen the original Stadia Claw announced by Google. Sadly these are so hard to come by in Europe.  I looked a long time for alternatives and I finally stumbled onto the perfect replacement for the Stadia Claw.  I found my Stadia Controller mount at www.Orzly.com  (a UK based company) and I'm really happy with it. Fits perfectly and is easy to use. So for any of you seeking a alternative to the Claw. Go and have a look at Orzly (just search for stadia and it should be easy to find) and order one if you like what you see

I already set my account link to Ubisoft from playing ghost recon so I didn't get any message to log in. When logging in I didn't see any of my existing characters. Had to make a new one....I would be really disappointed if it didn't work because I wasn't planning to level characters on two different platforms...
Oké. Found the cause. I did select game mode on my TV when HDR wasn't enabled. However after HDR was enabled I had to also change the picture mode ok my TV to HDR game. Problem solved.

Been playing Destiny 2 via the Chromecast. I have a pretty solid connection (250 down and 25 up) and am able to sustain the connection status excellent whist having the Chromecast connected to an ethernet cable. The controller is connected to a 5g network which maximum 1300mbs trasfer speed.  While the connection for both the Chromecast and Stadia controller seems great, aiming in Destiny 2 feels somewhat off, a little sluggish I would say on 4k. I did try turning the graphical settings down via the Stadia app to full HD and i must say it's completely gone after that, aiming feels super smooth. I did so try to turn on the game mode on the TV to reduce as many delay as possible and wouldn't say my connection is the problem. Anyone Experiencing the same thing?

After testing this it seems the resolution output has some influence over whether the connection is shown as good or excellent. First I connected the Chromecast to my 4k TV and the connection, while connected to a network cable is shown as excellent. When unplugging the Chromecast from the TV and hooking it up to a full HD monitor, without changing the power plug or network cable the connection shows as good. I would think the connection would remain excellent since nothing changed except the resolution, so is this expected behaviour or a bug?

To some extend, resetting the chrome settins was the solution, however i found the specific setting which is causing the issue (for me at least). Under system settings, when the ' Use hardware acceleration when available' option is disabled it causes server input delay and lag. After enabling this option the issues were immediatly gone and has therefor solved the problem.

Oké, so after creating a local separate account on my laptop and logging into chrome with my Google account (without enabling sync) the lag is completely gone...same experience as I had on the Chromecast. Somehow it must be related to the settings in the chrome browser on my main laptop account. Problem is finding what it could be as there is no clear indication of the cause of the input delay/ lag. Could try to enable synchronization to see what happens to the experience on the local account and if it changes....

While I get it to work perfectly via the Chromecast both wired and wirelessly without any noticeable lag I just cant get the same experience while trying it via the chrome browser on my laptop. At first I thought it was my wireless adapter in my laptop that was the culprit so I got myself an external wireless adapter with proper speed properties. Still to no effect. Disabled Windows firewall, tried incognito mode but still I get horrible lag to the degree it's unplayable while in the same wireless network via Chromecast there is not a single issue. I just cant figure out what could be the cause for it....
