Hi again @Lallo, is it possible to test whether this happens over wired?   Are you also able to test whether this happens on other games?
Hi @HyekARBazooka, thanks for providing that info. Are you on wi-fi for both your PC and Chromecast Ultra?
Hi @Lallo, thanks for posting about this. Does this happen when you use the controller with a USB cable?

Hello @Origami, thanks for posting. I apologize that I cannot respond in your native language; I used Google Translate to determine that your problem is that you are unable to play local multiplayer using a Stadia controller and a PS4 Dualshock controller. I suggest using the Stadia controller wirelessly and connecting the Dualshock controller via USB. Let us know if you need additional help.

Hi @Christio02, sorry to hear you're having troubles. This sounds like it might be something related to your home network experiencing disturbances or disruptions. Some basic things to try: Restart your home networking equipment. Ensure that they remain off for at least 30 seconds so they flush any stored cache. Run ping/jitter tests on your computer to test your network stability. Contact your ISP if you detect network instability. The biggest factor affecting the quality of your stream is the stability, not the speed, so ensuring that your connection is not dropping packets should be your top priority. Hope this helps!

Hi @TwinkleStar, thanks for posting about this. I marked @RXShorty's post as a Best Response because I believe they have identified the root issue, which is a disturbance in your home network. Some tips include: Ensure your 5GHz and 2.4GHz networks have different SSIDs, as when they are the same, it can cause disruptions. Try connecting to the 2.4GHz network with the controller, and the 5GHz network with your play device. If possible, play with an ethernet connection.
Hey there, we're aware of this issue and are working quickly to get a fix in place. Thanks for your patience! In the meanwhile, you can connect your controller via USB-C and play normally.

Hi @FranklinSaint, I marked @RXShorty's post as a Best Response because it provides a helpful suggestion, but just in case that suggestion does not resolve your problem, are you able to test audio on another device? If you could log in to Stadia from a desktop computer or mobile device, that would help us narrow down the possibilities. Thanks!
