Make sure that your connection is stable and that you aren't dropping packets, as this can cause problems as well. This is a phenomenon called "jitter" and can be detected through online tools as well. Failing that, have you tried toggling the quality settings in your Stadia app to see if that has any effect? Give these things a try and report back, please! Thanks!
