Hi all, sorry to hear about this issue taking place. Please make sure to deliver this as feedback within the Stadia app. To access this feature, open the Stadia app, tap on your profile icon, then scroll down to "Feedback." Unfortunately, I don't have a solution in the meanwhile, but this is the fastest way to get the issue seen by the appropriate eyes. Thank you for your patience!

Hi all, this may be an issue related to traffic on your particular wireless band. I suggest looking into changing your wireless access point's unique band, as the standard 2.4GHz frequency may have a lot of interference, while the 5GHz frequency has more open channels. You can also further customize this, depending on the firmware of your wireless router.

Hi @mrjojorisin, sorry to hear you're having issues connecting your DualShock 4. Is is possible for you to test the controller while plugged in? The purpose would be to determine if there is an issue with the Bluetooth connection. You could also try plugging in the controller to a computer and testing with an instance of Stadia on Chrome. Please give that a shot and report back with those results. Thank you!

To access this feedback section, open the Stadia app, then tap your profile icon in the top-right. From there, scroll down to "Feedback" and fire away. Be sure to include as much detail as you can. Only Stadia Pro subscribers will retain access to 4K, surround sound audio, and the other benefits associated with Stadia Pro. Hi all -- sorry to hear this has been on ongoing issue. It sounds like there are a few potential fixes for problems with video or audio sync.   1. Check that you are on the least-congested wireless channel if on wi-fi. There are tools available to help figure this out. Switching to a different band may resolve connection issues if too many devices are using the same band. 2. If on wired, ensure that the cable transferring data is not damaged or otherwise compromised, as this might cause packet interruption. 3. Factory resetting your Chromecast Ultra and Stadia controllers may help. 4. Setting up quality-of-life features on your network device may yield good results if traffic for Stadia is prioritized.    If, after all of these have been attempted, you are still experiencing issues, it could be that your ISP's support channels are the best path for resolution.
