Hi there! I have often wondered what the point of "Chris" is. In the words of Finn the Human, "if I think about it too much, I get all soul-searchy and weird." So I try not to dwell on the enigmatic "point" of just about anything. Anyway, I think "never" is a bit of a strong implication, but all the same, thanks for providing your feedback. It's good to know when community members feel they are being under-served, and highlights areas for improvement. Thanks, WireSpy!

I kindly suggest copying the entire ID including the "Case ID" bit.  I understand that this has been a frustrating process, so I really appreciate your patience here. Would you mind filling out the form one more time for us? You can leave serial number, social handle, and mailing address blank. In the description, can you include the unique hashtag #ST3Code? Providing that unique identifier may help with tracking down your individual case. Thank you!

Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, August 24th, we will be rolling out some shiny new profile badges which can be earned by simply taking normal actions on the forum. Have a penchant for providing quality Best Responses? That’s a badge. Do you have a sweet login streak going? That’s a badge. Do you hand out kudos like candy? That’s a badge, too. Take a look at the helpful infographic below to get a taste of what’s coming. Once these are live, you may receive some email notifications about badges retroactively earned. We will be limiting the number of emails you receive to just a small handful, but we apologize about the inconvenience. You will be able to view your badge collection by visiting your profile. They will be displayed along the top of the page with an option to view all earned badges. Now go get out there and earn some clout! Show off those badges and top the leaderboards. If there are any system updates that were performed, would you be able to revert back to an older version? Additionally, you could try a factory reset, but that would wipe the data you have on the device. I'm afraid I'm unable to provide additional troubleshooting steps as Chromebooks are not my area of expertise.

With the recent announcement that Stadia has become available on both Chromecast with Google TV as well as Android TV, we wanted to introduce a more inclusive board to capture all Stadia on TV experiences. If in those reports it has become apparent that your network is losing packets, that could be the culprit.   If your network is stable, then it might be the case that your controller is faulty and should be replaced. In that case, please reach out to Stadia Support for additional assistance.

Hi again. There are other tests you can run which test for things like "jitter" and "packet loss," both of which are metrics of your network's continual stability. Effectively, Stadia (and by association, your controller) depend on an extremely stable connection, not necessarily an extremely fast one. I can't suggest a specific test, but look up ways to test those things and let us know what the results are.
