Hey there, Make sure to try running the game through Steam. On your library, on the bottom left there's an "add game" button. Select "Add non-Steam game", and find your game. This way Steam's controller input will take over, which usually works better for me. Hope this helps!
Hey there! Unfortunately, Stadia is shutting down and thus creating a new account is not possible anymore.

Hey there. For as far as I've read, Stadia is closing down due to low adoption rates among consumers. Though I so believe that this is a rumor, and not official information, so that's not confirmed. As for mobile GPUs replacing cloud gaming - this could happen in the future, but we're still a ways out for that. Just look at the Steam Deck: while you can definitely play games on there, you've got to massively lower the settings, the resolution is lower than that of my old budget phone, and if you're playing heavier games the predicted battery life is roughly 2 hours. Don't get me wrong, the Deck is very impressive, and I definitely want to get one at some point. But it's not yet powerful enough to completely replace what we could do with Stadia, which is/was a lot more powerful, without affecting the battery of the device you're playing on all that much. This means a game that runs better, being able to be played for longer than on the Deck. But, technology is always advancing, so who knows. The possibility of this becoming reality in a couple of years is always there. Hope this answers your question.
Hey there, as per the FAQ, you'll get a refund for all games you've purchased. Any Stadia Pro payments (before the 29th of September) will not be refunded.

Hey there, You can buy games on Stadia using Google Play gift cards. These are not specific to Stadia, but should still do what you want. As the game itself, I personally haven't played Peppa Pig, but it is quite common to need a keyboard for your games, but I do not know if this is a requirement for this game too. Hope this helps!

Hey there! Stadia is a different storefront from PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Epic Games. Like how even if you buy GTA on Xbox, you will not be able to play on PlayStation or through Steam, the same goes for Stadia. It's a separate platform, with its own store.  While technically it would be possible for all stores to "link" together and act as one, this would not be profitable. How would Valve benefit from all users buying games through PlayStation, and then playing on PC? Or if all the revenue was split equally, you'd still have an issue. Not every user is going to play every game on every platform. So if someone buys a game on PlayStation, and plays it there, Sony would lose a lot of revenue by splitting it with Google, Valve, EGS, etc.. It just doesn't make sense from an economic standpoint. Hope this helps.
Hey there! I believe Stadia uses the system cursor for movement info, so if your device has mouse acceleration on, it'll use it, and if it's already off it won't.

Sorry for the late reply here! The way Hitman handles things in the store is a bit odd - it has a base "game" which is basically the engine to run everything, and then you purchase the actual games as DLCs/addons. So while you technically have the base game - HITMAN - World of Assassination - you do not own the actual game - HITMAN - which would be required for the addon to be effective. I hope this makes sense.
I believe that the @20 addon won't do anything by itself - you'd have to buy HITMAN separately and then the addon, or just the GOTY Edition bundle.
Hey there! Please make sure you're using a wired connection or 5GHz WiFi. These should be very stable. Also make sure to turn off any VPNs or Proxies.

Hey there! If you have a Chromecast with Google TV, you just need to install Stadia through Google Play.  Additionally, "normal" Chromecasts (not Ultra) do not support Stadia at this time.
Hmm that's odd. Could you provide a screenshot, please? And what device are you accessing Stadia from?

Hmm that's odd. Does the message specifically say that the monitor doesn't support 4k, or is it more generic? It might be that your hardware does not support VP9 decoding, which would prevent 4k from being used. You can check this by typing "chrome://gpu" in the adress bar and searching for vp9 using ctrl + f.

Hey there! Please check that your Chromecast/Laptop or PC is in the right HDMI port. Often with 4k monitors and TVs, only some of the ports actually support 4k resolutions. If that doesn't fix the issue, go into the settings of the device you're playing on, and make sure it is set to display 4k content.

I don't know much about Linux, but I do know that in terms of drivers it's pretty lacking, generally. Could it be that the drivers just don't support it for Linux?   As for why it does work on ChromeOS, I'm pretty sure that Google or the manufacturers of the devices have to include drivers which meet certain requirements (i.e. hardware accelerated h 264 decoding).
