I was getting a bit frustrated with not receiving and invite code, and getting the device late.. and also had major issues getting it up and running on my existing CCU But I work in software, and it's rare that a new product launch goes smoothly. A couple of days of pain for something that is good and has soooooo much potential. I forgive Google and am actually quite impressed how they've got it sorted. I feel your pain, but on the scale of things, this is a pretty good success I so want this to take off and become the future.. VR versions and a ready player one future? I'm in!

I'm having a secondary problem past this, and someone in another thread has mentioned that they solved the issue by ensuring they use the chromecast Ultra that came with the controller. I've not tried it yet (am at work). But I am indeed using my existing CCU. May not be relevant to your issue, but if your using one that didn't come with it, try ensuring you use the one in the box Would be interested to see if it helps. Good luck Edit. Wasn't annoyed at all about the delay in the code, or the late arrival of the hardware.. all good with that But when i get it i should be able to play some games at least. I've activated my account now and am into the 3 months that i've pre-paid for.. As a now paying customer who's losing out on a service, I can say I'm entitled to be a little annoyed. Sad times
