I'm having a similar experience on my TV. It only appears after a few hours (2-3) and for me these artifacts are only visible, when playing on my TV (Full HD) using the Chromecast Ultra. And they are only in some parts of the image and not everywhere. The first time I saw these artifacts was roughly December 2019. So it's not a new problem for me. Does somebody know if Google is working on that?
