First off, let me preface this by saying I am a huge google fan, and I respect google for being one of the companies that actually seem to be always improving for the sake of their customers, but you have major areas where you need to improve with Stadia. Stadia has slowly become one of my favorite ways to play video games, but that doesn't mean its perfect by any means. In terms of connectivity and latency with the games, you have got Luna (Indefinitely) and GeForce Now beaten, and by a long shot. But here are a few suggestion that you really, as a company, need to take into consideration for your consumer base. Google.... you are getting a little greedy, and it needs to stop. - STOP making games so ridiculously overpriced. If I have to pay for a stadia pro membership already I should not have to turn around and pay full retail price for a game that came out 5 years ago, when it's a lot lower priced on other platforms (Which will, and has, driven me to play those games on other platforms). - Introduce a stadia pro controller (Please!!!) -Give me more benefits for pro memberships. A point system for achievements that can be turned into currency or store credit, Something along those lines. Maybe even premium achievements. -Make a better user interface. Yes, the current interface is user friendly, but that doesn't always mean its good. I understand you have added search features now, and tried to make it more organized, but honestly, searching for games and sorting games is still a bit clunky. -I shouldn't have to resort to just buying games on my phone application or on the web. What if I want to search the store on my Chromecast Ultra? You need to make this happen. This has been the most frustrating area of my Stadia experience. My preferred way to play is on my Chromecast ultra and I am tired of getting a message to purchase a game on the mobile application. I shouldn't have to do that if I want to search the store on my Chromecast. -keep developing your Multiplayer "Screen Share" experience. this feature will come in handy in a lot of games and could be a big draw toward stadia. - Finally, please add more games to your library (no, not all of these indie games). Add more AAA titles. I dont just mean add one or two games here and there. you need to get with publishers and developers and start adding games to the stadia platform in groves. You see, google. The problem with Stadia is that you do not give players enough reasons to want to stick around on your platform. If there are no major improvements, pretty rapidly, Stadia will die and you will be forced to shutdown the cloud servers. Everyone will lose the games they paid for and you will have to work to refund everyone that purchased a cloud based game. It would be in your companies best interests to start making rapid and important changes to stadia, and very soon.
