Can you please confirm the following details so that we can get a better understanding of your situation?  I know you may have already confirmed this, but can you confirm that you checked the email inbox of the account you're using to login to Stadia?  Can you confirm that you've already checked the spam folder for an email titled "Your Stadia Premiere Edition with recent game purchase - redeem by Dec 11, 2021" Can you confirm that you're located in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, and U.S. - Grace

In our Community Guidelines, we ask that users try their best to avoid creating multiple posts concerning the same topic. Greetings Stadia community! To celebrate the launch of FIFA 21 on Stadia, we are thrilled to announce that members of the Stadia team will be playing FIFA 21 community matches against you, our awesome community! Join us from 10 AM - 12 PM PT on March 18th for an opportunity to play against members of the Stadia team. Whether you call it a pitch or a field, whether it’s football or soccer, we’re all huge fans and can’t wait to square off against you. Check out the details below: How to participate: Be sure to add the Stadia names of our illustrious team (details below) as friends on Stadia ahead of time. We will be randomly selecting accounts to participate.  To be selected to play, you must be 18 years or older, your Stadia name must not be inappropriate, you must be online and ready to play at the time of the event, and you have to promise to be nice to us because we expect to get thoroughly thrashed. If selected, you will be invited to a match in-game by a member of the Stadia team, so make sure to be ready! If the player selected is not ready to play within five minutes, the next player will be drawn. Matches will consist of two six-minute halves. At 9 AM PST on March 18th, a new thread will go live here and on the Community Blog. In that megathread, we will be posting live results and discussing the matches. Also, feel free to share your Captures with us!  We’re eager to introduce you to the members of the Stadia team representing us on the field. Behold, our champions: Alex Moriconi, PR Manager (Stadia Name: Coni) -- Former semi-pro footballer, current Tottenham fan and JRPG aficionado.  Nate Ahearn, Marketing Lead (Stadia Name: NateDog) -- A true baller in every regard; has never lost a round of Rock, Paper, Scissors except to his children. Karan Arora, Product Manager (Stadia Name: NewUser) Arsenal fan since we last won the league. Currently crushing Semi-Pro AI in FIFA. You may also spot a wild Grace and Chris in the Stadia Discord on the day of the event. They may also play an exhibition match or two… who knows? Look out for them in the soon-to-be-created #FIFA-21 voice and text channels.  We look forward to gaming with you fine folks on March 18th! See you all then. Yours, #TeamStadia   You must be 18 or older to participate. Open to players resident in the 22 countries where Stadia is available only. Additional Update: Hi everyone, please note that the patch that went live earlier today contains the following:  Addresses the issue causing save game corruption which were crashing the game when loading them at the main menu The ability to detect corrupted saves in the main menu without crashing. If the player does have a corrupted save, it will now show as "corrupted" in the menu. By deleting the corrupted save, your game will look for other saves that can be loaded to recover some progress. I understand that you're upset, but please do not take it out on other community members who are here to discuss subject matters around Stadia.  I'm simply asking you to respect other community members, and if you breach our community guidelines one more time, we will be taking appropriate action.  With this being said, you're more than welcome to contact the Stadia support team to receive further assistance with your account.
