hi @codesplice codesplice, thank you very much for taking the time to answer. I've been in touch with the support. They suggested a replacement indeed. I'm waiting for the instruction, and to see then if the new one will be ok since it's the second Stadia controller with which I'm facing this issue. I'm a bit disappointed because I've to wait 10 business days without playing, otherwise the other solution was they suggest you to pay first a new one then to reimburse you if and only if they approve your controller as dysfunctional.
