Hi thanks for getting back to me  I click on the " claim " button but it just directs me a page with only a link to show what devices are compatible. It then tells me to download the app to continue but I have the app already installed. I'm stuck

I have been offered a 3 month free with stadia through lenoevo  and it says claimed but then it sends m to a screen with nothing on it. Please help
