I've got the same issue. I just recently started having it when I was initially on Edge then switched to Chrome thinking it would solve my issue but yet it persists. I have the most recent version of Chrome with no extensions enabled and continue to get the green flashing screen. I've already confirmed that my connection is more than capable by testing it through stadia's Help Center which rated my connection at 105.4 Mbps. Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
