@Ivan hey there again, and yeah, you're totally right about what you said, but since there's no way that I know of to do any kind of connection test directly to Google's infrastructure, I figured a latency/speed test of SOME kind would at least be helpful in possibly elimating one or two things on the troubleshooting list. Am I wrong in that? I live in Oregon, about 40 miles from Portland. And if I remember correctly, Google has a massive amount of presence as far as networking goes, when compared to any other company doing the same thing. And yes, I am aware that my device isn't on the official list of compatible devices but I've been using non-compatible device since day #1 as a stadia subscriber and haven't really had any issues to speak of until this. An interesting thing though, I might've misspoke as far as me having tested it on a browser. Maybe I haven't since this audio issue started. But I just tried playing on chrome from this same phone and it worked perfectly. I also use stadia on another phone, a revvl 5g and an ONN Android 4k tv box. So, now we have a common denominator- the app. It seems that wherever I'm using the app to access stadia, there's that audio issue.
