This is still an issue and Google is refusing to take any action or investigate - every instance of Stadia support I've opened had told me to either seek Google WiFi support or support through my ISP.  I have circumvented my Google WiFi and run over a (paid) VPN service to eliminate those and still am crashing every 3-5 minutes telling me my 400 Mbps connection isn't strong enough to play, despite getting my full speeds at their own Project Stream speedtest.

Here is a list of the devices I've attempted to use:  - 2020 MacBook Pro M1 running BigSur (using WiFi and ethernet through both a docking station and simple USB-C Ethernet adapter) -  2016 Asus RoG 17" laptop running Windows 10 (Using WiFi and on-board ethernet) - Chromecast Ultra (WiFi and Ethernet) - Google Pixel 3 (Using WiFi and Mobile Data) - Google Pixel 5 (Using WiFi and Mobile Data) I have eliminated potential causes from my ISP by running through VPNs of various flavors (paid and free), as well as running off-VPN at 4 different houses in two different towns. If my ISP was throttling QUIC or WebRTC, the VPN would circumvent that. I do experience the issue when running on my Mobile Data - which is probably unrelated as I don't typically get greater than 10Mbps over my LTE connection. I have eliminated every potential cause from my client software all the way to my ISP.

Someone, somewhere at Google Stadia messed something up big - mine has been completely unplayable in my entire geographic area since Tuesday.  5 days of troubleshooting with Stadia Support and they keep saying it's now my ISPs issue - except the same thing happens on 3 different VPNs.  It's Google's problem and they, like every other tech support firm out there, won't stop blaming the client and other pieces of the chain long enough to look at their own configurations.

On Day 5 and now I'm invested in this solution:  I've tried 4 different houses in two different towns with 3 different computers on two other Google accounts and they all experienced the same issue.  I further tried to eliminate ISP issues and have tried my work VPN, two paid premium VPNs, and a free VPN on two different OSes with no change in service.  Consistently getting 100-400Mbps on these various connections (except for the free VPN, when I get 25 MBps cause lol). @Google - where y'all at? There's nobody else left to hold this bag - tell me what's going on.
That is one of the troubleshooting steps Stadia recommends, which I have done. This is occuring on Windows 10 and Chromecast as well.  Thank you for your reply, though.

Leaving the flowery language out of this one, I guess.  Keep getting booted out of all Stadia titles every 5 minutes due to an Unstable Network connection.  I have performed all of the Stadia troubleshooting, basic and advanced, as well as performed the following things: -cleared all cookies and browsing data - re-installed most recent version of all browsers that can run Stadia - bypassed my WiFi Router (Google WiFi) and connected to my Cable modem directly with Ethernet - replaced my cable modem - verified with ISP that traffic is not being blocked or throttled - had them 'reset' my connection as suggested by Senior level Google Stadia support - increased my data service to 400Mbps from 100Mbps ...as well as four days of other troubleshooting.  Attached are various screenshots of speeds and ping times

Buckle up, Stadiites, it's ya boi here to cause a ruckus.  I play Stadia mainly for Destiny 2 - got hooked on three free months last year and stuck around 'cause, honestly, what else do I have to do with my COVID depression?  Annnyway - been loving the service for more than a year until...TUESDAY (3/16). Destiny reset hits, I close down my work Zoom and prepare to continue to disappoint my clan with my mediocre PvP KDA. Five minutes in, I go pixelated for a minute then crash out. Return to Stadia screen. Fine - whatevers. Not the first time it's happened, probably won't be the last.  Log back in and load into a match...BOOM! "You need a better internet connection to play this game"  Log back in...boom. Back in...boom. Spend an hour trying to play...boom boom boom. Returned to Stadia screen each time. Ugh - nothing worse than trying to fix my own tech.  Now it's four days later and after... - following all of the troubleshoot steps laid out by Stadia troubleshooting    - location services off on macOS, AWDL off, etc - verifying that my browsers (Edge, Chrome, Chrome Canary) are up to date and running no extensions - verifying that my OSes (one laptop with macOS BigSur and one with Win10 20H2) are up to date and have all patches - factory reseting my Google WiFi router and recreating my mesh network (and ensuring that it's got all of its updates) - replacing my Google WiFi setup entirely with a new Google Nest WiFi I had purchased to setup a family member's new home - enabling port forwarding on all devices as directed by Google Support - factory resetting my Cable Modem - upping my Internet speeds from 100Mbps to 400Mbps - replacing my Cable Modem entirely to be compatible with the new service - calling my ISP to ensure that there was no throttling and to 'reset my network connection' as guided by Google Stadia support (I assume the meant to reload my isp config file on my modem and issue a new IP address, they weren't very clear) - connecting directly to both my old and my new cable modems directly with Ethernet - successfully running Stadia on my mobile device via Mobile Data without issue ...I still get poor network performance notifications from Stadia (regardless of which app, but usually Destiny 2) and get booted from my session between 2 and 5 minutes.  My internet connection is reporting my 400 Mbps on all speedtests, including the one at: https://projectstream.google.com/speedtest My ping times to Google's DNS average around 15 ms My ping times to Stadia.google.com avg around 30 ms My ping times to other sites averaging around    20 ms Would be super cool if someone at Google could look around under the hood and see what is causing my issues streaming Stadia titles specifically (when literally nothing else is affected). Or, if someone 'round here has some advice on which Eldritch ritual it is that can roll time back to Monday evening when I could bury myself into games to ignore all of my life problems, that would be great. : )
