I am positive I claimed it and Dead by Daylight....BUT....it is only showing under his with the Pro tab a the bottom left. I don't think I'm using Enhanced. just whatever I pulled up on my Pixel 4xl. Anyway, the game picked up where I left off under my son's account. Maybe since I can access his google stuff on my phone, I accidentally played it on his account...I'll give them that. But why would Dead BY Daylight be gone? The chat support said they show no "claim" for it. It's just kind of weird when I know I did it because I did die like right away the one time I played it
