If the  Request Refund  button is not present, then the item that you purchased is not eligible for a refund. If you believe that the item should be refunded, please contact Customer Support by visiting  support.google.com/stadia .   That is just awesome, no option to get a refund.

Thank you for your quick reply. I haven't played via STADIA one single second, I wasn't able to set up my PS4 controller to work with my phone, so I quit. Today I was charged for an automatic purchase.   On stadia.com On your computer, sign in to your account on   stadia.com. At the top right, click your Stadia avatar. Click   Stadia settings       Purchases & subscriptions. Under "Transaction history", click the item for which you would like to request a refund. Click   Request Refund.     This is not helping because after following these steps I don't have a Request Refund option, I only have Get support. How can I proceed from here on to get a refund?

Hy. I have registered to the stadia website, the first month was for free. Now I was charged for a  game that I was not able to try out via stadia. I want to get a refund, is it possible? The subscription is active, do I need first to cancel it and then I will be able to ask for a refund?
