All good, links been sent. Decided after all to keep my current controller and buy a new one just because of the RMA process.  Stadia is working good for me. We have 1gig Internet connection with ethernet in every rm. Hope google push on with expanding Stadia the idea is great. Just be nice if they could get some more variety on the game front and a several more AAA titles.   Have a good day..

Looks like I will have to start a new case to get to chat to someone. They are pretty slow there returning email so chat on a new case might be the easy option. Strange though as the last thing they said was they would send a link for a new controller and that was over a week ago. I emailed on Friday asking when I would get the link and there as been no response.   Thanks..

Good Day Looking for some assistance with a faulty Stadia controller. From day one there as been issues with the R2 button. The button feels very stiff and does not return properly. When playing games such as F1 it is not a good experience.  Spoke to google stadia who said they would replace. Provided serial number of the controller, box and chromecast. They said they would provide a link to the google store where I could arranege a new one. This was well over a week ago and I have sent a few emails since with no reply. I know Stadia will probably be canned soon but google still should warrant repairs and this as to be the worst customer support I can imagine. Is there a phone number to contact, if I go on live chat it just says that the case is awaiting a update. Thanks in advance

Stadia support are practically useless. Purchased a stadia just before Christmas just to play F1. The R2 button as been faulty out of the box. Sent loads of emails to support they just say they are co-ordinating a replacement. Its been about a month of co-ordinating now.  They just don't care and I don't really, Stadia is finished. Hope they sort yours for you. Just remember you need your stadia box serial number, chromecast serial and stadia serial number.    Have a good day..
