Howdy folks,  I have an interesting issue...   Stadia works 100% from my home network (laptop and cell).  They both also work 100% from outside of home on cell phone reception / data.  When i get to work... nothing. "checking connection" and then it times out.  IT guy have opened suggested ports to try. Nothing.   They tried some "IT magic" that they possess... nothing.  They got frustrated and created a whole new login that's "TOTALLY OPEN, IT SHOULD 100% WORK"  as they said... NOTHING.    What gives? 

OK... so months ago I asked for assistance with my works network... and Stadia just spinning on  "checking connection".   My IT guys said they'd help get it going... they tried opening ports, nothing... they tried other nerdy things, nothing.  ... then the one IT guy threw his hands up and said, "HERE IS A NEW SSID, CONNECT TO IT, IT'S TOTALLY COMPLETELY OPEN... JUST LIKE AT HOME... SEE IF IT WORKS..."  ...it did not work.  I mean, am I being unreasonable in wondering why this is so convolutedly complex?  ...when it should just work?!   We have GB down and 500MB up.   We are blazing fast at the office, totally open network... nothing.  I have not checked in with you guys in a few months... thought I'd see if any head way has been made.  ...the staff want to game!  We want to let them!    

Hi there,  The last 2 days major media have been reporting that Google is giving away 3 months of Stadia free with a CCU purchase.  .. Then i see the same media outlets issuing corrections saying that Google contacted them to say that EXISTING CCU owners can also jump in on the offer, they just need to sign up for Chromecast promotional emails and we'll be sent the link for the promo.  In classic Google style...they fail to communicate HOW to do that. Where's the link to that promo email sign up page?   Does anyone know how to go about redeeming this?  Ive scoured the internet, came up short. 

Hi there... I understand what seemed to be the start of proper email communication began today with Stadia emailing founders' with a monthly newsletter... ...why didnt i get that?! Please, yes... spare me, I have not opted out, i have checked all my settings. I'm very eager to get these emails and my settings have not restricted that. Can i please get these emails?!

Hi guys, At work we get "Checking your connection..." perpetually when attempting to launch a game. We assume it's to do with our elaborate router... The systems/IT guys at work are awesome... they just asked me to find out what parameters to set on the router and they'll do that (so long as it's not crazy). Any suggestions? My IT knowledge ends right where this conversation starts! ... do we need to open ports?, simply allow traffic from stadia.com? .... what do i need to tell these dudes? Thanks for your help.
