latest update, i contacted Stadia via chat. their representative informed me that it is up to Square to resolve the issue. "We are aware of the issue and the developers as well. They are currently working to fix the issue." is the exact quote. i expressed my frustration because both sides have claimed it's the other's responsibility and the rep said that "The games that are included in Stadia are still based on the developers. But don't worry we are giving time for hem to fix it." she went on to say "Marc, this is the update the we have. They are already sorting it out. So lets give it a day or 2. It may also work after a few hours." it doesn't really get me or anyone else with the issue anywhere in the meantime. but it certainly shines a light on an unforeseen problem with a service such as Stadia, especially when in 3 months when, or if, you're paying for the pro plan. presumably what your paying for works. i guess we'll see how that plays out. in the meantime i guess i'll play Steam. *ahem*

I heard back from square enix support.   " We apologize for the trouble and inconvenience you have been experiencing. Unfortunately we are not able to assist further as your concern may be better suited for Google Support. We recommend for you to go through the Google Help Center for further assistance with this issue. As the Google Stadia is a separate service, managed by Google, we cannot provide any assistance for it."   so there's that. (ಠ_ಠ)

same here. I started getting that message last night (about 20 his in) and it's still happening. until it gets resolved it's unplayable. (ಠ_ಠ) I've contacted square and an waiting for a reply. update: I loaded the game just to see if anything has changed and my save files are gone. literally gone. there's one autosave still there but it's back a ways from where I was. but the manual saves I had are now blank.
ordered on june 7th. received the hardware today, still no code. (ಥ_ಥ)
