So this access code delivery is even more absurd. Google is advertising Black Friday deals for Stadia Pro subscribers when an unknown number (but sounds like many) of such subscribers don't have their bundle and/or their access code to sign up. How many will still be out of luck come Black Friday? Wow how more insulting can they treat their customers? FUBAR, FUBAR. Worst service launch ever. At least Disney go their screwed up streaming launch fixed overnight. Google? Not.

Nonsense. How do you contact them? Which of the nameless, faceless bureaucrats at Google do you direct an inquiry to? I don't have the time to try to chase the appropriate complaint desk down at Google.  Why should I have to? The problem is widespread and not specific to just a few. And does anyone think they would respond in any meaningful way? They've had plenty of time to provide a clear, forthright disclosure of the problem and what specifically they plan to to do to address it; not just in timing to get the access codes out but to address the basic fact that by not delivering access codes correctly to founders they have reneged on at least one of the alleged benefits of being an early adopter.

This Stadia roll out code problem is a disaster. I pre-ordered back in early July based on a set of representations made by Google concerning specific benefits for becoming a founder's subscriber; e.g. name reservations and early access to the system.They have reneged. Stadia buyers who were not founder's editions have been provided theses benefits. Google not only needs to make a clear apology to those of us who have been so to speak cheated; they need to offer some form of reasonable valuable compensation. Saying that I now need need to wait 3-5 business days to receive what I should have been provided,an access code, to use what I have already paid for is unacceptable. Especially so since one of the major selling points was the ability to be first in line to reserve my founders unique name. I think that benefit has pretty well been destroyed. I have repackaged my founder's edition for return awaiting any further news on this subject; but not holding my breath. Google has been essentially mute about how they are dealing with this issue. By terms of Google store purchasing, I have 15 days to request a return authorization and refund. I will not be waiting that long. I want my access code before then and I want to know what they are going to do to make their screw up right.
