Stadia cannot allow you to play a given game on their servers if you own the key on another store for two simple reasons: - stadia is not windows based, it is based on Linux and needs specific support and development from game developers to support a given game. - they could allow you to use their specific version of a game, if you own that game on epic store or steam or anything else, but it would be bad for their profits. Indeed, differently from services like geforce now, you are not forced to have any subscription once you own the stadia version of a given game
