You can't access any information with proper authentication. Without an active account you can't do that! So calling the bank will eventually lead them to tell me to talk to Google, who them tells me to talk to the bank. Nothing is being done because the money is accepted by the bank but I can't access about because I'm no longer that account holder so Google has to withdrawal that refund but they refuse to listen because that money had already been refunded. So yes any of this information absolutely useless as no one is able to help from my previous bank or from stadia or Google.

The bank telling us to talk to Google and Google telling us to talk to the bank and no one clearly has any help. It's behind frustrating and insulting and unacceptable that this is how they decided how they choose to do this refund.
If the bank says context stadia and the bank can't do anything how in the world is contacting the bank actually helpful information. This forum is a joke with any actual helpful information.
