Maybe I have solved it, I explain the situation (maybe it can help someone). I have a laptop with dedicated Nvidia GT 820M card and integrated intel graphics card. I tried various configurations: Hardware acceleration disabled: - H264 codec, input lag both with integrated card and with dedicated card. - VP9 codec, input lag both with integrated card and with dedicated card. Hardware acceleration enabled: H264 codec, stadia games start with a black screen both if I open chrome with integrated card and with dedicated card VP9 codec, input lag with integrated card VP9 codec, seems to work fine with dedicated card. Ultimately I had to force the VP9 codec with "Stadia Enhanced", I had to activate hardware acceleration and I had to force Chrome to start with a dedicated card. That way it seems to work fine, I will be doing more tests these days anyway. Thank you all.

I tried with both hardware acceleration on and off, same problem. With MS Edge the CPU usage reaches 66-68% but I have the same problem. However, I noticed with Stadia Enhanced that the buffer jitter reaches 30-31, could this be the problem? But if it's a connection problem, why does it run good on the smartphone?

I noticed that the cpu goes up to 99% (in fact I always felt the fan spinning strong while playing) and maybe this is the problem of the input lag (it could be a performance problem and not a connection problem), I don't know if this behavior is normal . I have also tried other browsers but I always have this input lag. What could be the reason?

Hi @RXShorty,  Yes, I  have already tried but I have not solved.

Hi, I immediately write what the problem is. When I play Stadia on Chrome on PC Doom Eternal and Destiny 2 (the only two games I can try) have input lag that doesn't allow me to play. I tried Stadia Pro months ago and I had no problems, but now with normal Stadia I have problems when setting 1080p, if instead setting 720p there seem to be no problems. The connection is an FTTC with 50mb / s in download, 18 in upload and 11-14ms of ping. I tried both in wi-fi with 5ghz and with the ethernet cable, same problem, while if I try to play with the smartphone I have no problem in wi-fi (I would therefore exclude a connection problem). It seems to be a problem related to the PC but I repeat that in the past I had no problems with the same PC. My PC is an Asus with intel i7-4510U and Windows 8.1. I have already tried some solutions found on the net, including the usual suggestions given by Google assistance, but it didn't work. If anyone can help me in any way I would appreciate it, thank you.
