Same issue, Vodafone with 500 MBit/s in Germany. After 18:00 I cannot play anymore. It starts getting better after 12:00AM which is often too late for me to play anyway. In general the whole connection gets bad at that time and Stadia which is very bandwidth hungry suffers the most. For the german customers there is an ongoing thread here: https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/St%C3%B6rungsmeldungen-Internet-TV/Google-Stadia-bricht-abends-insbesondere-am-Wochenende-mit/td-p/2455174 but nothing really came out of it......
