Yep. Both of my Chromecasts Ultras are connected via ethernet. I have one Chromecast connected directly to the router using a Cat7 cable and the other to another television via a gigabit switch using Cat5e. When I speed test the Chromecasts they both look fine. I'll keep Stadia until I finish Cyberpunk, but I'll have to revaluate it after that. It's a shame. I really wanted to buy D2 Beyond Light on Stadia because of the quick loading times, but I get too much lag so I bought it on PlayStation instead. I still jump on D2 with Stadia though, because it's so convenient to play on my second tv. Oh. Also the family share rules for online multiplayer games are ridiculous. On PlayStation I can play with a member of my family on one copy. On Stadia, I have to purchase 2 copies. That means I basically have to wait for a sale, but all the stores usually have a sale at the same time so buying an MMO on Stadia is never appealing because it'll still be double the price. Rant over. I'm hoping they fix the lag issues and revise their sharing policies. I have to say, I do still enjoy playing even with some lag annoyance. I just wish I felt comfortable enough to buy more titles right now. I've been on Stadia since December 2019 and it's been slow going.
Same here. 1 gig down over ethernet. Two Chromecasts. Same problems. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's just lag city.
