UPDATE:   So as terrible as it is Google no longer responds to any message regarding this issues across multiple communication methods. I have cancelled my subscription and i'm buying a PS5. In the end Stadia kept blaming Google Pay and Google pay kept blaming Stadia.... Then Silence. So... Everyone just buy a PS5. Lets let Stadia die quietly.      
Update: Google have no idea what the problem is. They have escalated to 2 specialist teams. They had no idea. They now told me they need 7 Days to investigate. Epic Fail. I will keep you all updat... See more...

It has now been over 48 hours without a response. Everyone seems to have gone silent.  
I am having the same issue. Just quietly... Support have no idea what's going on and what's causing the problem. The support teams seemed panicked about this issue. I will update as I get more info.
