@Ivan It has been happening for a few days and I do have other people in my home that have stadia, but when I play they are not playing at the same time, as I can see what they are playing and if they are even online. We also share one cyberpunk copy which is the only game we have (we cant play at the same time). Video streaming elsewhere has never played a factor in my resolution or quality of stadia but most of the time I play stadia while nobody is using the internet. My monitor has always been the same resolution (1440x900) and I have never had problems playing stadia at 1080p before this happened.

I have been playing stadia for a while with 1080p 60fps, but for some reason out of nowhere I cant get 1080p anymore and it seems like I have 720p. I checked my settings and it says I can go up to 1080p, but it wont? I am playing cyberpunk 2077 and I'm on pc. I have played cyberpunk for over 80 hours with 1080p but now it wont go to 1080p, and it seems stuck at 720p or less. I haven't changed my network and I have stayed on the same internet connection.
It has finally worked for me, I tried it again randomly and it worked? I have no idea what happened but I don't know the solution for those who still have it.
