I know about the visibility radius with PVP, but even if I try the first series that needs a player thing I get nothing. I ride the whole map in the free roam mode and see nobody most days. Meanwhile the session near by list shows dozens of players..   Chat is also dead silent every time. It's like the in-session-near list is inaccurate somehow
Offline mode it's perfect.. Online it doesn't paint x most times and randomly kicks out of the slow gold screen while there is still a lot of Dead Eye left

Not the case with me cause I get 240+ Mbps on my DOCSIS 3.0(cable) using 2.4Ghz 802.11n at home. At night when cell tower congestion is down I get 30-80 Mbps most places and only see 100+ in some places. I find 720 mode takes at least 28Mbps and I lose some on the wifi link through my phone for some reason; not TTL throttling but probably some QoS config or content throttling on Verizon side. I need to test my hotspot more WLAN to see where the loss is.   I'm on "ultra wideband" unlimited too so no plan stuff holding back speeds

Added: Full time traveler with unlimited funds; You can't really buy your way past congestion  If I avoid tower congestion(1900-0900) I can play in 720 mode without disconnect everywhere. Sometimes I even find spots, like in some parts of NJ, that get get 140+ Mbps 0900-1900; I guess due to MIMO or better tower scaling.. I get the same speeds on my S21 5G as I did my A70 4G. Both Verizon Unlimited. As far as I know 5G does nothing about tower congestion,  probably has no better compression or bit per hertz or however they measure cellular efficiency
ExpressVPN. Namepace under Linux and Split through ExpressVPN manager options on Windows works. Thanks
I launch a game and Stadia immediately closes full screen and goes to main page. Speedtest says 248Mbps. No VPN flawless

I can run latest stable chrome under any up to date Linux image with 720p mode and get visual and input artifacts and eventual black screen and "Mic is no longer in use" message for some reason; like others have been reporting for months. Same connection, same machine, 720p mode still, but Windows 10 and Chrome, and flawless play... Has anyone looked in to this? I'm not the first to report it.....

"Skidrow" + "CODEX" = Illegal in every nation on Earth   "And... yes, you can play copy games on ps4 xbox and switch, and probably in ps5 xbsx...phones... etc..." Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X have piracy? Nope.. Not even last board revision of 360 does... Also: still illegal in every nation on Earth If SecuRom takes revoke and auth servers offline you can never play without breaking the law... You're welcome to prove otherwise on anything I say in this post....   P.S. your post is telling the public to commit crimes, and some won't know better... Actually: I don't think you even know laws around reverse engineering and distribution... You have a sheltered kid view of law and property and economics that you haven't seen fair consequences of yet..

OP question has nothing to do with hardware or technology... That is off topic What happens when EA, Securom, Denuvo, Steam''' stop doing auth or revoke which both require their servers? GTA IV physical copy, for example, will become a paper weight the second SecuRom shuts their revoke and auth servers down...   Xbox One won't even play games without constant connection to MS servers..   You pay $59.99 for access not ownership... You say that is okay by participating...

First off: A lot of people including myself have asked. Even the first page of this forum section typically has at least one thread about it.. After controller OS retrieves WIFI AP auth key over BT using Stadia it also uses DHCP enabled WIFI AP to send audio and diag data to Google servers over TLS(root is checked in controller firmware). If controller can't phone home it'll simply refuse to work wirelessly... This means no WLAN intranet is going to work   I suspect it also gets data over USB I haven't looked Xbox One and Series controllers work over BT just fine though with Stadia app and Chromecast Ultra..... Same build quality and ergonomics....   If you want Linux or Mac or Windows or legacy-Android wireless you'll have to violate EULA and reverse engineer Stadia app.... Which is illegal
