I would like to submit a complaint via this route. I received an email on December 11 with a promo in which you receive a Stadia premiere edition for free when you purchase Cyberpunk 2077. I then ordered the game on December 14 through the link in the game. however, I have had no feedback on how to receive the premiere edition now. for this I contacted google support and they tell me that the promo ended early. he then referred to an article posted on reddit. it cannot be that I use a promo in an email from google and then have to read on a completely different platform that the promo has ended prematurely. I assume that if you notify customers of a promo via email, you also use this channel to announce that the promotion has ended. I also placed the order on December 14, 3 days after receiving the email containing the promo. I assume that google will not send a promo if the stock is already running out. I have been using stadia for quite a long time and am also extremely satisfied with it, now through this promo I wanted to share the experience with others in my family. however, I am now very disappointed with the turn of events, I feel very deceived. I would like this complaint to be heard and that this does not occur in the future. Best regards. Gijs
