Hi, I live in Canada and bought my copy of the game on Dec. 13th. On the day of the purchase, there was no mention anywhere that the offer was done. Including your help site and an avalanche of new sites covering the offer. With the exemption of the Reddit thread (that I only found today), Google did a very poor job of disclosing this information before purchases continued. Is there any chance I can get a refund? The only reason I made the purchase was because of the promotion. I see no value in a game I can't play. Also feels a bit like plenty of us had to gamble on whether we were gonna get the device or not, which makes it a very expensive lottery ticket.
