Lasst official response is that I need to contact developer. Isn’t that their job. I paid stadia for the game not the developer and my receipt shows as much. Disappointed.

Too many players on server. I asked who owned the server. Crickets. I asked who I bought the game from. Crickets. I asked who I pay a monthly fee to to play @ 4K. Crickets. Replied it’s just one game not working. Alrighty then.

Even at whatever resolution it is running at it looks god awful. Their lack of response on these forums and Twitter shows they are hiding something. It purely regional server issue. VPN Vancouver worked 4K. It’s server issue.
P.S I’m no genius but the same port would be running on all servers correct? So why is it only certain geographical locations experiencing the problem? Hmmm. I definitely believe they are throttlin...

Probably an issue with everyone doing everything online from home on Googles other services pushing their servers to the max. But what do I know.

Too many players? I’m paying for a gaming service not food delivery service. A day or two of issues I would understand but this long with no resolution from Google is ridiculous. Admit you have a problem already instead of pumping how good its is for everyone online For some people it is working great But not everyone be truthful

Ever since launch night the game will not run in 4K. Multiple user’s especially in Canada are experiencing this problem with no solution from stadia. They blame the game dev and the game dev blames stadia. I just want the problem resolved. Using VPN works but is not a solution. All other 4K games work.
Best part is no reply from “Stadia”. When I get my “free” premiere edition I’m done. Put it on the wall of shame. What could have been. Definitely leaning to GFN.
