It says my connection is great. Which it is, just not with stadia during peak hours.   It's not any issue with my connection. That, I am 100% certain.

  Works swimmingly during the day, but at night it completely fails. Can't walk or move the camera without major stuttering and freezing.  Have a good solid connection. 12ms ping time.   It appears that Stadia has a major issue with the number of Stadia players.
