Oh, don't worry. Ima play it, when I have time. Still slogging through Destiny 2 when I feel like, just started Tomb Raider and that's beginning to pick up. Dunno when I'll get to the Final Fantasy, but I will. I guess I was just a bit incredulous that the developer's response to a Stadia platform issue was "we don't support Stadia" when they released a game on said platform.

Could be a coincidence but last evening I was playing and got tons of stream skips, artifacts, slowdown, etc. Generally just poor gameplay experience I haven't seen from Stadia at all (this was via CCU on my TV). I sort of chalked it up to us streaming music at the same time, but either way it was disappointing. Of course I didn't get a session survey when I stopped playing...

Here's another hypothetical to your hypothetical: what would the situation be if a game we were given on Pro (i.e. Gylt) later has extra purchase-able content released? Pretty sure we'd be expected to pay for that later on, if you wanted it. While I agree it would be nice to be given the highest bundle available of a game for Pro, in this case I'm fine with it since I know nothing about Metro and want to experience it before I would ever pay extra money for more more content. Which I might do anyway at some point since it's only a couple of bucks.
@SteefBew WUT. I'm sorry I gave Square any of my money for their game, I haven't started playing FFXV at all yet but this doesn't make me want to start any time soon. For shame to this company.
Perfect, thanks @Mad_Dog_Bravo for the quick reply. I'm looking to snag up one of the premiere edition white controllers at some point soon to prep for the inevitable couch co-op games coming. Cheers!

More games, sure. But I know those are coming, just takes time. My kingdom for feature parity across platforms, so we get the same or similar interface and options on Chrome, Chromecast, and mobile. It's almost infuriating that you have to go to different platforms to do different things in Stadia currently.

On mobile, there's a big bucket of nothing with achievements. Hoping they can get feature parity across platforms someday...
You mean one of the hubs with a screen? I guess that's...a thing that could exist, although it seems a little "just because" and not cause it would be a worthwhile use case.

I think it has to be on the product roadmap for other Chromecasts to work with Stadia eventually, even if it's just the latest 3rd gen model. Google has sold a billion of these little things and they'd be insane to leave out tons of potential use cases in the future. Even though it wouldn't ever be top 4K quality, I'm sure most users with a standard Chromecast setup would be happy with what Stadia can do.
