@Andoi Just to clarify, Stadia is not shutting down today, but next January. And yes, everything you purchased directly from Stadia and Google Store will be refunded, including your FIFA points if you purchased them through Stadia. You can play them as much as you want for now. More details here: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/12790109

@Stratixman Technically it's not shutting down until January, and even then, it's still always good to have feedback for future initiatives. It also maybe because they're currently scrambling trying to sort things out, since the announcement was a surprise to everyone, including to most Stadia employees, and hasn't got a chance to turn off the automated survey. If anything, it's easy to ignore and takes a few seconds to close the pop up

@Mehmets49 Just curious, do you have cross play enabled? Also which game mode are you playing? With the Stadia shut down announcement last week, there might be less players playing on Stadia right now, so your best bet is to enable cross play if you want to play with others. Fifa 22 has cross play for Online seasons and Online friendlies. If you haven't enabled cross play, you can check the steps below. The steps are for other platforms, but they should be similar https://dotesports.com/fifa/news/does-fifa-22-have-cross-platform-crossplay  Let me know if this works to you.

@ELITE-TEAM Unfortunately, unless you were still subscribed when the announcement happened, there's no way to do it anymore. It sucks I know. We were trying to get a few friends joining one of our gaming sessions and they had their Pro sub lapsed, and there's nothing they can do to join. You can however go to this list below and you can access the trial games. I know it's not the same as having full Pro library, but it's something. https://stadia.google.com/store/list

Hi @Furyian they will refund everything other than Pro subscription if your purchased them from Google store. Please take a look at the article below for more details https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/12790109  Q: Will I get a refund? What is available for a refund? A: We will be offering refunds for all Stadia hardware purchases (Stadia Controller, Founders Edition, Premiere Edition, and Play and Watch with Google TV packages) made through the Google Store and software transactions (games and add-on purchases) through the Stadia store. Stadia Pro subscriptions are not eligible for refund, however you will be able to continue playing your games in Pro without further charges until the final wind down date.   Q: Do I have to return my hardware to get a refund? A: Most hardware purchases (Stadia Controller, Founders Edition, Premiere Edition, and Play and Watch with Google TV packages) made directly from Google will not need to be returned. More details on how to obtain a refund for your Stadia hardware purchases will be posted here in the coming weeks.   Q: How/When will I get my refund? A: We are working through this process now and will keep this article updated as we define the process for each of the countries and different situations. Our intent is to have the majority of refunds processed back to the original payment by January 18, 2023.   Q: Are you refunding my Stadia Pro subscription? A: We will not be refunding Stadia Pro subscriptions. Players who held an active Stadia Pro subscription as of September 29, 2022 will not be charged for access to their Pro library or other subscription entitlements during the shut-down period.

Thanks fo sharing @3mu . I'm assuming you were still on Pro subscription before the Stadia shut down was announced? If yes, most likely those are the Oct Pro games that you were able to claim.

@Nitramax After reading the FAQ again, which somehow I missed, your Ubisoft+ subscription will also be cancelled. You can read from the FAQ below. I'll post the snipped in English but it may be best to look from the articfle yourself to read in your native language. https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/12790109  Q: What email communications should I be expecting? A: We're starting to process billing cancellations, which will trigger cancellation emails to current subscribers. This will apply to both your Pro Subscription and any third-party subscriptions (e.g. Ubisoft +). Rest assured, you will still keep your Pro entitlements through the wind-down period. Also, if you were charged anytime on or after September 29, 2022 (midnight PST), those charges will be refunded as our refund process continues.

A: We're starting the process to turn off automated billing for your monthly Pro subscription which will trigger cancellation emails to current subscribers and you may still see a bill if your regular billing cycle was in the next few days. @pykus342 What kind of issue do you have, and where have you tried for getting help so far? If you can let me know the issue you're having, I can try to help.  If you're referring to get refund for Stadia related purchases, you will be contacted by email in the next few weeks/months. Please understand that the news of Stadia shutting down was so sudden, so support may not be able to do anything at the moment, as they're still trying to figure out the process. @Nitramax This is a tricky question. Even if you subscribed through the Stadia app, technically the subscription is still valid since it also includes PC and Luna games (even though I know a lot just subscribe for the games on Stadia).  The question is what will happen when Stadia and Stadia app is being shut down. If you really want to unsubscribe right now, and make sure it really happens, I suggest going to the Payments & Subscriptions page from Google Play and unsubscribe from there. You can log in to the link below using your Stadia account and there will be plan to cancel your subscription. https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

@Kuala From what we've known so far, all info are pointing to the fact that refund can only be made if purchases are made directly from Google Store. As for the actual implementation, we need to wait for further instructions in the email. The Stadia team is aware on the interest of unlocking bluetooth on the controller, but no confirmation whether it will actually happen.
@QuandalePringle cross play just let you continue your progress on different platform. It's different from content, which is basically what expansion really is.

@Kanban I definitely sympathize with you. After the announcement we tried having a gaming session and was disappointed to find out that some folks were left out because they had their Pro subscription lapse. This is by no means a substitution, but if you have a friend that still have Pro subscription, you can have them start the game that has free trial and invite you to the session. Apparently it will trigger the trial. No benefit for single player games obviously, and definitely won't be enough to finish games. But at least it's something?
