@sumitw Best thing you can do right now is to contact the person you bought the device from and try to work some sort of a deal with them.

@Xevioso Sorry to hear that. I'm also not quite sure what's happening with support. Would it be ok to explain what you're trying to get help with? Maybe we can try helping you here.

@Lepi-con Most will be done by 18th of January, so still a few months left.  https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/12790109  Q: How/When will I get my refund? A: We are working through this process now and will keep this article updated as we define the process for each of the countries and different situations. Our intent is to have the majority of refunds processed back to the original payment by January 18, 2023.
Hi @Troleur123 it's no longer possible to create a new Stadia account as of now. Also, the closure of Stadia will be January 2023.

Try looking at the game's setting and see if there's a way to change the mapping configuration. Also, PS controller is not officially supported so it's expected to have quirks here and there.  https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9578631  As for update... I wouldn't hold your breath https://blog.google/products/stadia/message-on-stadia-streaming-strategy/

@oneandtwo You can still play until January. Otherwise you can play on Luna or PC.

@aHalfSamoan Usually there are some restrictions to get refund for a game (less than 2 hours playtime, 14 weeks since purchase date), but due to Stadia shut down that was announced last week,  they will refund everything other than Pro subscription. Please take a look at the article below for more details https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/12790109  Side note, as a fellow Marvel's Avengers player, there are only a few selected missions that requires you to play multiplayer and they're not really that great. I personally think the single player campaign is great though, so I highly recommend finishing it before Stadia shut down next January.

@Andoi Whatever you actually purchased. And when I said refund, I meant you will be given your money back. You're not actually getting the Fifa points credited back. So if you obtained the Fifa points as part of the Ultimate bundle, you will get refund for the cost of the bundle, but NOT the Fifa points. If you purchased Fifa points separately, you will get refunded for the cost of the points. Hope that's clear.
@mfzGoogle is aware of feedback and they still monitor the community. That's all I can say.
@mfz number of badges has nothing to do with Stadia Guide status. Stadia Guides are not employed by Google and we don't get paid.

@mfz  I admire your persistency. I really do. Please do keep in mind I'm not arguing just for the sake or arguing. What I've been saying is based on what I've learned so far, and what I feel make sense based on the current situation. It definitely is a possibility that you have a different way of thinking, and I respect that. You did bring some good ideas with your last reply.  1. Google is aware that there's a huge demand to unlock bluetooth on the controller. It's unknown if/when it will happen. 2. We already discussed this at length. I don't think we'll have an agreement in this matter. 3. Definitely nice gesture, but again, I don't know if this will happen. 4. Same as no 3. Maybe I'm just a realist. At this point I don't really have anything else to say regarding this subject. We can agree to disagree.

@mfz Google can only give refund for something that they sell with proof of purchase. In this case, as long as the product is being sold from Google Store, you will be refunded. The receipt is the proof of purchase. If you don't have the receipt, then they have no obligation to give you a refund. This is not something special Stadia, I'm sure you're already well aware. The Stadia controller was also given away as part of partner giveaways, given free as part of Cyberpunk and Resident Evil promotion, and many other things. Same case with Chromecast ultra, which have been sold way before Stadia exist. If Google is just going to blindly refund people for owning the devices, how can they determine the actual value of the devices and make sure they were part of Stadia purchase? I could have owned Chromecast Ultra in the past, decided to use it to play Stadia on TV, then claim for a refund and say that Iost the controller that came from the Premier package. Many people purchased Cyberpunk and got a Stadia controller for free as part of the promotion. Do you think they deserve getting a refund?  If you have no more faith buying Google products, then you should stop. Vote with your wallet.

@Andoi Just to clarify, Stadia is not shutting down today, but next January. And yes, everything you purchased directly from Stadia and Google Store will be refunded, including your FIFA points if you purchased them through Stadia. You can play them as much as you want for now. More details here: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/12790109
