@Greenhill Codemasters have confirmed the bug is on their side and that devs are working on an emergency fix https://forums.codemasters.com/topic/44268-grid-on-stadia-feedback-thread-for-stadia-players/

Annoying, as I actually think Stadia works quite well, when it works. Everything else around it has been a catastrophe so far.

@Borvish @Ivan thanks - I can't seem to get there on my phone as it just jumps to the Stadia app in the Play Store but I will try in a full browser on my laptop. 
@Borvish  I also have this problem with GRID. In the absence of any support, I want to get a refund too and am also struggling to get there.    @gracefromgoogle any view on this?
How and where can we report that a game is not working? GRID is broken. 
Hi @GraceFromGoogle GRID is currently unplayable. It glitches every few minutes and forces a restart. I'd play Destiny for a bit but, well, that's down too.

Well, the launch was just about as bad as it gets. I got my code at about half past midnight today, 8 hours ago. I have to say that the gameplay exceeds my expectations. Very slick, even with most features get to roll out. Shame they completed forked up the first two days.

I spoke to Google and complained. They issued a support ticket with some scripted lies about this being an isolated issue. I was promised a code by the end of the day, so I replied as soon S midnight came around saying that I had been misled. I received my code couple of minutes later! It feels too quick to have been a coincidence.  Gamertags all taken. Hey ho. Guess next time I'll order more than five and a half months ahead. Claimed Destiny 2. Won't load. Something about being unable to assign tokens. woohoo! I'm on home WiFi measured using my phone in the same room at 76 Mbps

Just received a callback from Google, 6 hours later than expected. Thankfully, this issue has only affected a very small number of customers. A tiny fraction. I actually started laughing which I think freaked her out. I will receive my code "soon", which I hope means "before Christmas". I have received a support mail, for what it is worth. 
@Fe3dbak  I've not managed to grease any wheels, sadly. Still a day one founder floundering without a code, despite many questions on here.

Officially part of the most disappointing club in the world and still completely in the dark about when I might be able to quit it.

@GraceFromGoogle - might be worth reminding someone there that adults own up to mistakes that they make and deal with the consequences. Even Microsoft and Apple say sorry occasionally. Stop lying to your supporters and investors. People would have understood if you'd admitted that a mistake had been made and been open about what it meant. By now you should have started talking about how to compensate people whose money you have taken while not providing the promised service. You have lost any goodwill that you had by failing to communicate and you may just have killed Stadia in the process. It's really quite something to have managed that within 24 hours of launch.

In case anyone was wondering, there is little point requesting a call from Stadia support. They promise to call back within one minute, but then.... well, no phone call three hours later.
