Hey guys, I finally got my code and reserved my name directly in the Stadia App. Thankfully it was not given already. I just saw some little stars next to the name while logged in and assume that this might be the founder's badge. Is this true? If so could  this be changed? I mean it's not really visible or even stadia-like I feel. Saw some community creations earlier which were cool, but can't find them atm to show you. What do you think?

Guess this will still take some time (the family sharing is planned for early next year), but here are some information-bits that could be interesting for you regarding Stadia family: How will family link integrate into stadia? Will you be able to share games with family members in order to play together? Or will I have to buy a separate copy of the game for each child? ANDREY: Family Link is supported on Day 1 to provide parents the ability to manage their child’s experience on Stadia. As a parent you have controls in your Family link app on the phone and the Stadia parental dashboard. Family Sharing is not supported on day 1, so you’ll have to buy games for your child’s account. But it’s a high priority feature, we’re planning to launch early next year. (This is from the reddit with Andrey and Beri on 13/11/2019)

When did you order? Google is sending the codes in order of the date of the Stadia-order. Read in another thread that users who ordered at 7th June have received their code, while I for example haven't got it yet (ordered at 17th June), so depending on that it might still take a bit. Stadia or Hardware support are recommending though to check back with them when you haven't received one by Sunday. Hope the best for you! At least it's nice to see that you received the package!

Stadia is using Google Pay to do the transactions, so if your payment method (Google Play balance) is an accepted payment method in your country, theoretically it should work. Could be that there are problems with iOS though, I mean Stadia has just started and there may be bugs, so what you could try on iOS would be to delete cache & data or reinstall relevant Google apps on your phone, just to be sure (to delete temporary/background data in these apps). Check also if you are using the most recent iOS version. If nothing helps though I would recommend to contact Stadia support to make them aware of the issue or leave feedback for the developers. Hope this helps and you're soon able to use your Google Play balance to purchase games!

Hope you're problem will be fixed soon!

At launch and until Stadia Base is available, the only chance to play with Stadia is to use Stadia Pro. If you don't want to activate it - what I can understand from your point of view - then you would need to wait until Stadia Base is out (which is the free-version), but Google mentioned it's coming next year (see here)....

Guess though that Google didn't made it available at launch, because G Suite accounts are normally for businesses and therefore it could be more important for Google to bring Stadia for the private Google accounts. If you're lucky, it will be available for G Suite soon, but in the helpcenter Google mentioned from the very beginning that Stadia is not for G Suite. Wish you the best though.

Have you also checked that your Play Country is set to Puerto Rico (just in case)? If you're using the Stadia App to play, it might also worth to try these troubleshooting steps first. If nothing helps, I would recommend to contact Stadia Support.

Just have in mind: If you have any questions regarding your order, even the Stadia Team would transfer you to Hardware Order Management Team, so it might worth to contact them directly. Happened to me as well, so don't make the same mistake!

Hey @China, I would recommend having a look into this post here in the forum, because some guys here shared their experience already. Maybe this helps to get an idea of latency, etc.
