Do you have the ability to try to purchase it via Stadia App on another phone? You could also try these steps to fix the Stadia App.

And notifications would be amazing in the app. There are even in the browser some things that I feel a bit clunky too: in some posts you don't have the WSYWIG-editor available, so you can just write a wall of text and have to paste links directly. Sometimes I feel it's happening in the first posts (like the first answer), but sometimes it does just happen randomly. Why are pinned posts always seen twice in the forum? Normally there shouldn't be a pinned duplicate (because then you always have to click twice to mark it as read), instead the thread itself should get pinned. Can't think of more atm, but the forum could be definetely a bit more userfriendly.

Well I mean it was a system-email that you got, so for the system it works like this: you order some days before shipping, the amount will be charged if charged successfully, the package will be shipped you'll receive the email to set everything up and get some tips & info 2-3 days after shipping you should receive the code via email your package arrives, you can set up and play an email is sent out with the hope you enjoy Stadia At least this is the way how it was planned to be I believe. We all now, that something went terrible wrong there with the codes or even the shipping, so....the system was not trying to rub salt in your wounds, but of course it feels disappointing from your site of view, can totally understand that. The system though didn't know that you haven't received your code by now.  Hope for you that your code arrives soon then. If not, reach out Stadia support, they should be able to send you one.

We're now moving in sequence through the orders placed on or after July 1st. We'll post further updates on our social channels."
Aw indeed! I like the community here too! Best part of Stadia...mh good question. The arrival of my package would be a great thing for the moment.

If you don't want to wait anymore, it's worth to contact Stadia support and insists on getting the code, this helped for a friend of mine, so it might help you too. Wish you the best to receive your code asap!

So it might be worth to leave feedback there for an article that explains what happens to usernames. I submit feedback for this as well the same way, maybe it helps if more people are wishing the same thing.

I would assume that Google is using the same system like for gmail-addresses, so I would think that taken namens are taken forever and that there is no reset or deletion of an existing name (because there is always a chance that a customer is coming back), even if you delete your account. See here, how it works for Gmail (in "The username I want is taken"). Of course the only one who knows this system are probably the developers, so as I am really curious about your question too, I would recommend to leave feedback in the Stadia App for clarification about this or even in the Stadia helpcenter, so that Google can work on an article about this.

Hey Will, Google is atm stating in the social media channels (Twitter for example): " Hi! If you pre-ordered Founder’s Edition in June, and your form of payment has now been charged, your Stadia access code has been sent to you via email. We're now moving in sequence through the orders placed on or after July 1st. We'll post further updates on our social channels." Therefore I think it's worth to have a look on their social media channels to be kept updated. But the only thing you can do at the moment is just to wait or to contact the Stadia support. Hope though that they send yours out very soon.

So far Google has provided the following information regarding Stadia Pro, for example to get it cheaper, but there is no information yet about an availability without buying the hardware. Might come at a later point, who knows? Will there be a yearly subscription for Stadia Pro? Possibly with a discount? ANDREY: We’re on the final countdown to launch, so I’m thinking days, hours and minutes at the moment But we hear you! We don’t have an annual offering yet, but we know it’s something a lot of you want, so we’re looking into adding it.. This is from reddit, the AMA with Andrey and Beri from Google on 13/11/2019. Best thing you can do at the moment, is leaving feedback in the Stadia App, that you would love that feature. The more people leave feedback, the better!

The only way of not waiting for your code until you're a skeleton, is to contact the Stadia Support to insist for sending the email code. The problem is of course, that everyone is doing that atm (plus all those who have problems with Stadia in other ways), but I hope you get through and receive your code. For a friend of mine this worked, he contacted their support (UK) yesterday after receiving the shipping-email and got his code from the support.

I know the queue is horrible atm, the only other thing you could do would be to leave feedback for Stadia in the App, but you'll probably not get an answer there, even though it'll be reviewed. Hope for you that it will work soon!

I can't tell you what's the difference, maybe they can see your code in the system and it would be the same that you would receive by just waiting. The code itself looks like "jhfdhflkdhfjhf458dkfjdlkfj," so as soon as you get it you can just type it into the Stadia App to save your name and set up your account. Leaving feedback in the Stadia helpcenter is good, but you'll never get an answer to feedback unless Google needs to know more. Most of the times you don't get an answer though, but it's definetely reviewed. The safest bet would be to contact Stadia support in your case.

If you have waited 24-48 hours already after your package has been sent, I would recommend to contact Stadia support as they might be able to give you an email code if you insist (but only if the above mentioned requirements are met).

I would love to see "The Elder Scrolls Online" available anytime soon and I am also hyped for "Baldurs Gate 3" although that one might not even be released in 2020, but looking forward to it. @SecretCode I guess if you edit your headline of the thread to "Stadia wishlist" or anything, it would be more recognizable for people to post here for apps, games, features.
