Can I bypass having to buy a vp9 supported gpu to play in 4k on my 4k computer monitor. ========================== My 4k monitor arrived today and I started learning more about what this " VP9 codec" since I'm capped at 1080 still. I recently canceled my ps5 preorder on the 19th after seeing the cyberpunk package on Stadia. I bring this up because, I take it that a chromecast ultra is included. I just wanted to confirm/ask, Can I wait for the chromecast ultra to arrive instead of having to buying a vp9 compatiable gpu to arrive if I preordered cyberpunk on stadia. I despise having to go into my computer and swapping parts, adding a gpu, although I hear it's not too difficult with Youtube tutorials and such.
