Maybe failed was a strong choice of words more like fallen short of what it could of been, for anyone who owns a PC and already has titles geforce now to me is the better choice, you can play the supported games you already own anywhere for free you don't even need the founders subscription there is a free option. Console players will play on console with options from both Sony and Microsoft for remote play on several devices and on console is where they will buy games, the pro games as you say are great value but only if you don't already own them elsewhere if you have a gaming PC or current console you won't sink serious time into games on stadia, if you already own games you won't buy them again at full price on stadia as the cost would soon out weigh the novelty of been able to play a £50 game on the bus lol, so I'm just not sure where stadia is suppose to fit it, it doesn't complement either console or PC gaming and just isn't strong enough to stand on its own and replace either, plus it is fully dependent on Internet speed which leaves a lot of people on slow Internet or with a usage cap simply unable to access the service.
