@DangerUnfunny I should probably start to demand Swedish prices as well. On second though, never mind.
@kcninja "only" cross-play with the PC version.

Yeah, I. Not sure if the Chromecast can support Bluetooth controllers.  My fiancee was thrilled that the Stadia controller didn't stop sending commands when her knees where in the way. Both our PS4 controllers start lagging if even our dog is in the way... Imagine having a CCU behind a TV relying on receiving commands from a controller plus a pair of knees...

I mostly find it amusing that they make the price of $130 sound like a huge wall to climb compared to consoles. When the new ones launch with $500 price tags and a limited library of new stuff I wonder what they'll say.    Then again, some media outlets make it sound like Microsofts decision to have a year of cross-gen exclusives is horrible. Gaming media has nothing to do with journalism these days and it's a real shame that some of them actually have people listening to them with faithfulness. The Stadia launch weren't the smoothest. But going on stuff like anonymous indie developers as proof of death is just silly.
If you open the Google Home app and find "Home App Settings" (click your profile head) there's an option for email notifications. Not sure if it's the one, but check if it's enabled.

Discussions are great. This is a loaded subject for both parties. I feel like GeForce Now is a lesser service besides in the amount of games. Playing pc ports with a not so clear list of steam games available don't appeal to me. A lot of my Steam games where missing.    I raised the settings on Batman Arkham City and lagged below 30 fps on several occasions. Having graphical settings on a service like this without max abilities is a big no. I can't imagine tjose with some sort of self proclaimed "OCD".  They have the games, but I prefer the idea of a platform with games/ports developed with the cloud in mind.

God, have you people never heard of our encountered the "I bought this game a while back"-problem from other platform. It's very noticeable because of the library size. Announcing Pro games for the upcoming months could highly hurt sales though, hurting the platform. Almost Every game will eventually be included. That's just the way it is, nothing new for Stadia. You either wait for the game to become included, or you but it and play it right now. Your choice. Refunding the first Tomb Raider was necessary since it just released on Stadia, and with a steep discount. The pr team was very clear that this wouldn't be the case with future pro games. Pretending that Stadia is an evil company if you bought Gylt at launch is sad. I get that it's a bummer, I would feel that way too. But get over it.
Strange. I never got it either.  Kind of sad, even though I never change my ringtone

I think I get what you're saying. At the time, you kind of gave the support two options: 1. Refund the game - 2. Give me another game. Maybe the third option would be to explain how they're thinking, but that's kind of in-between the lines of marketing and the ToS. While I agree that Stadia should stand on its own legs, they also need to climb into an already crowded (well, not crowded but competitive) market. The included Pro games are probably a deal between Google and Publishers. So for them to give everyone who already bought the game another choice would probably cost a lot more. Therby not being a substainable buissness strategy. I think understand your point, but I don't want you to expect a solution to this "problem" in the future because that's doomed to be dissapointing.

This is to be expected. I know that's not the answers you'd wish for, but it's pretty clear in the ToS. When Google released the first Tomb Raider as a Pro game they said that they'd allow refunds due to it being released just over a week after the service/platform launched. They also specified that this is not acording to their original policy. It's the same as with PS Plus and Xbox Gold/Live. They have pretty much the same pros and cons, where I personally prefer to pay for quality over the online service. I can however agree that he might have ended the conversation rather quickly, but also that You weren't being an easy customer. Making a claim he obviously didn't agree on, and that was fundamentially misinterpreted.  I enjoy the "included" (not free) games with Pro, but there will always be months in which we already own the game, or simply didn't want it (I probably won't try Farming Simulator again, for example). Also, continuing on, there will most likely be one (1) game per month, not two or more. As Google always framed it, at least one game per month in the Pro subscription. I love that they've included two games these months, but I fear that people will grow to expect it.

I've played the two first games on PC. Bought the third game when it was on sale and I'll appreciate having all three. Maybe I'll replay them both when I have the time. I'd love to see something else next month though This is the biggest "issue" with these kinds of deals, there will always be some months were you already own the game/s on offer. Or maybe you're not interested in the game of the month. This will always be a posibility. Out of curiousity, what game did you want to see? Edit: I do not love how the community forum kills any kind of formating for me after the fact... I reset it.

Hmm, I have a andreas@familydomain.com Google account but I guess that's not the same as Gsuite? Never looked in to it honestly. I read that Google didn't allow this because if a buissiness closed or changed their email-provider the account disappears. Makes sense, but it must suck for your situation! I get why you want it, but I highly doubt it will be made availible.

I find the whole Xcloud argument to be incredibly funny. There's no official wording on the price at all. Sure, you have GP for a pretty nice price. But Microsoft never said that Xcloud in itself won't have a monthly fee. Playstation Plus gets almost no PR that's actually good, except for hte price-cut. Conisdering what games cost today I can't imagine expecting to get a full library for 9.99/month. The whole "Google has a lot of money"-argument doesn't cut it in the real world.
@SecretCode Where did you see that? I feel like blame is a pretty strong word for what Google said, although that's not worth discussing.

@StuArtAG there's a commun information blockage where a lot of people thought "Exclusive Pro Deals" ment deals all the time. Now I never read it like that so I can't fully understand it, but I guess you got Stadia under a false pretenses caused by your interputation. (That's not a diss, just a thought.) Prices will most likely even out when new games launches on Stadia alongside other platforms. When Darksiders Genesis comes out on consoles, would you blame Sony or Microsoft for not having a discount right away if Stadia had one?
