Hello, I have no problem mapping the keys on my laptop. Maybe the Apple keyboard as you suggested is not fully supported for the inputs or something like this. I can confirm you that the camera control keys are shown as empty but they got default values. On my laptop it's the Home (focus on character), End and Delete keys (Rotate camera left/right). I hope this can help you.
