Hey same thing happened to me, I was using an apple keyboard when I switched to a USB one designed for windows it worked. 

Baldurs Gate 3 cannot map key to shortcuts, only the left mouse will update in shortcut menu

A ton short cuts are empty and I cant update them to my desired key Cant map out keys when I try to update in the menu, only left click works  This game is unplayable if you cant control camera   ... See more...
A ton short cuts are empty and I cant update them to my desired key Cant map out keys when I try to update in the menu, only left click works  This game is unplayable if you cant control camera    Does anyone have a fix? Got apple keyboard not sure if that has anything to do with it.
