An update (as for Nov 20, 23:10 UTC-7 aka PST): I've been able to chat with support (~4 hours waiting in queue). What they said: The dev team is sending codes. They finished June pre-orders and are now mid-July. Now they claim that "We had an issue where a small fraction of Stadia codes were sent out of order but our team has already addressed that and are continuing to send out the codes in the sequence to which we received your pre-order". Question "at what rate the codes are/were supposed to be sent? Like, was it by design for people to get codes after a few days?" Reply was "to be honest, I don't have any information about it. All I know is that it should've been sent on day Stadia launch" Q: "so why the delay? if the issue was addressed, why the delay and frustration continues?" R: "I'd like to answer you question about the delay, but to be honest, I acutally don't have any info about it. The only info that was given to me is that our dev team is doing their best in sending out our codes." I know, for those who eagerly/frustratingly waitning, it doesn't clarify much, but I hope it might spare somebody time waiting in support queue to get the same responses. It might be much better to get some official statement from Google, but that would mean admitting the issue, which they seems to avoid my all means. I also don't believe the claim that only small fraction of codes were sent out of order, as yesterday it was said to be "a small fraction of code missed" and doesn't correlate with initial intend to send all the codes right away. I also kinda don't believe that they finished processing June and are mid-July now, just because of messages in this thread for a few last hours, where people say they ordered In June or 1st week of July and still haven't got a code.
@davidking @Mad_Dog_Bravo How do you guys managed to contact support? On the stadia support page/contact us for me it's saying chat is 'unavailble', can't even click it
The stadia's support via chat is said to be 'unavailble'. Only callback. WTF. It's been more then 24 hours after my founder edition has been shipped. No code, obviously. No support. No communication... See more...
The stadia's support via chat is said to be 'unavailble'. Only callback. WTF. It's been more then 24 hours after my founder edition has been shipped. No code, obviously. No support. No communication, no updates.   Very sad stuff
