I have tried everything I could do like I said above and yes troubleshooting too but I am sure it's a problem on stadias side. It worked the first month I bought them but I haven't played stadia for 8 months maybe and when and it is this month when I used stadia again that I encountered this issues. In the stadia policy it is written : " If your service, game or add-on content is defective or does not match its description you can request a refund at any time. If you return a game or add-on content for a refund, you will no longer be able to access or use it."  I am sure you would agree with that a game I cannot access can be considered defective so I am perfectly eligible for a refund.

Hi, I would like to ask if the refund policy on stadia could be changed. I love the 2 hours play time limit but I think the 14 daysis just frustrating. Indeed, I wanted to refund a game that I have never played and another that I have played under an hour. The refund could not be processed because I passed the 14 days limit. I contacted the support to ask if a refund could be possible considering my very low playtime but because of this very limiting refund policy it didn't work.

Hi everyone, I starting this topic because I am kind of in a desperate situation here. I have been encountering big issues with four games that I have bought on the stadia store : - Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate edition - Assassin's Creed Odyssey Ultimate edition - Borderlands 3 Deluxe edition - The Crew 2 Gold edition My problem is that whenever I want to open one of these games, the game opens on a black screen then crashes back to the stadia page and this every time for the past months. I know it's a problem on stadia side as I have tried everything, different wifi, device and even country. Nothing worked for me and my problem persisted, so I got into contact with the stadia support to ask for a refund. They opened an case but told me that the games could not be considered as defective. However, I must insist on saying that a game that I cannot access and therefore play at all is defective. So I have four unusable games in my library and nothing that I can do about it. Hoping that this message might get to the stadia team.
I too hope that Starwars Squadrons will make it to Stadia. It can be one of the competitive games that Stadia is lacking.
