Hey @Ivan I reviewed the policy before contacting the support, and during the chat, the agent pasted the link to me as well. Every time I politely reminded the agent that I am still eligible for the refund, the agent just kept repeating what was on the attached screenshot. It was going nowhere. What makes me at unease is that Stadia is also run by google; and having similar policy, it could happen to Stadia too. Who knows...maybe same agents provide support for all google services, including Stadia. Maybe Stadia is more lenient, because it is still a new service. I had confidence with google purchases, but now, I am not so sure.
