It looks like the developers, Frozen Byte are aware of this and are working on a fix as they recently replied to a Reddit post on the issue. They did say to contact their team in their response:  Sorry to hear! The Stadia team has made us aware and we'll take a look on our side first thing on Monday (very unfortunate timing with the weekend just starting, sorry about that!). I don't really have any workarounds to suggest at this point, the game should not use a whole lot of space for the saves, and Stadia has more than enough space allotted for save games anyway. It might be worthwhile to send a separate email to our own support team - you can find the email address at http://www.frozenbyte.com/contact/ . Please include details such as when you first bought/played the game, how you progressed, if you use multiple accounts or any sharing features etc... In any case sorry for the trouble - fingers crossed we figure out the reason. Hopefully we'd get the saves back too even though I can't be sure about that, so let's see how it goes... If anyone else runs into this issue please report here or send us an email so we get a bit more data!

Either of those are fine for PC or for Mobile, so which ever you feel more comfortable is good. The Stadia controller is also a good option if you're buying a new one as it connects directly to WiFi so has slightly less latency and it has Stadia specific buttons on it too. If you're looking to play on CCU, then a Stadia controller will be your only option.

I've had those similar issues. Last night in fact whilst playing Little Nightmares 2. Usually it's network related (or at least in my case it is). I have bad days or even just bad sessions. Sometimes closing the game and reopening will find you a different route to Stadia that's more stable. It's worth raising with your ISP as mine has finally confirmed a fault (well, capacity issue) and are fixing it currently. They're also giving me compensation for the poor service, but that's because it's a legal requirement for such compensation in the UK.

Sorry, for clarification, is everything ok now after a reboot?
I agree with this. The situation sucks, but EA need to investigate it. Google would be unable to take action based on something that they themselves didn't do.

Have you checked your Stadia settings are still set to 4k (assuming you're a Pro subcriber)? Also, it might be that for some reason you're using the wrong codec. It's an unofficial workaround but there's an extension called Stadia Enhanced which allows you to force a codec to be used. Try downloading it onto Chrome Canary or Edge and then forcing VP9 and 4K through the extension (or 1080p if you're not a Pro sub) and see if that improves things.

I was going to say the same. There was on controller update that for some reason lead to be not being able to reconnect the controller. The hard reset worked for me in this case.

Hi, Cross-platform multiplayer needs to be enabled by the game developer and not many games have yet done this. Even where they have, you still can't add people from other games to your friend list on Stadia, but might be able to in-game depending on the way the developer has added cross-play. On the Reddit Wiki we have a list of games with known cross-platform multiplayer.
@JDDOS   - Oh no... The humans are onto me... Bleep bloop!
Awesome Ubi sale too!
Floor kids is one I am strongly considering. I love rhythm games and games with good sound tracks. Also DS Detective is an instant buy! That sounds track is lit!!
Are you using the original power cable that came with the CCU? Gonna sound like an odd one, but the CCU is unable to do 4K with most other cables due to power draw.

Hello again! So... Doesn't appear to be connection related based on the connection quality and it's not impacting playing on your phone. Does your TV have a game mode? If so, try enabling this. Also, if you have another TV in the house, have you tried it on that?  @ShadowKnight has pointed out that it might be related to the TV and could explain why you get no audio stutter on the controller but do on the TV.

Hi Again, I can see a lot of troubleshooting steps have been tried so far, so I am not going to go over those again, I'll assume you've tried all those. You're having issues with the CCU using Stadia on your home internet, can I ask if you have any other devices on the same network (phone or computer) that you've tried Stadia with? Also, could you do a speed test via CloudFlare and post the results here including latency and jitter? Finally could you also please advise whether this is impacting multiple games or just one? Thanks!
