As much as I'd love for Stadia to continue on as I've been here from day 1 and have been heavily involved in the community, I don't think any kind of petition would work. Even if Google did cancel the wind down, the damage to reputation has been done and they will have lost the trust of the customer base. I doubt there's even anything Google could do at this point.
There are controller tester app on the app store, could you try downloading one and check to see if the controller isn't sending  an input or whether the inputs are incorrectly mapped?
Sorry to jump in here at the end, but did you download the app from the PlayStore or from elsewhere?

@That is the latest version, so it should be fine. As @Ivan mentioned elsewhere, if you're also having the checking connection issue on a computer browser, it's probably related to your actual network rather than the car itself. Have you tried the steps from the Stadia connection troubleshooter? https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9595943

It's definitely possible to play games on a Tesla Model 3 (though not officially supported), but the 4G connection often won't be strong enough. Connecting your car to WiFi when parked up is the best way. Also, to play full screen, you can actually go into the YouTube app on the car, select the 3 dots on the menu and select the "Tip and tricks" menu option. This will throw you out to a Google help page. From there you can use the hyperlinks to take you to the Google home page and search for Stadia from there. Please only use Stadia when parked up in a safe location!

In the All Settings menu, under Support, there's an OLED care section. In that you'll have 3 options. Care picture settings Device self care OLED Panel Care I have the top option set to "Off", under the device self care, you can turn the Energy Saving Step to off also and under OLED Panel Care, you can turn Adjust Logo Brightness to off. Do note that doing this does make your TV more susceptible to screen burn/stuck pixels. It's not as common an issue with newer TVs but is something to be careful of.
I love the idea of click to play demos for Kickstarter campaigns!

I've had my eye on Phoenix Point for a while now... Might be the right time to take the plunge.
Cities Skyline is Pro?! Heck yeah!
Glad to see that the Risk of Rain 2 DLC is coming!

Thanks for the feedback. The rules for the subreddit are explicitly stated on the sidebar of the subreddit and breaking the rules can result in a ban. My advice is to contact modmail if you're unhappy with your ban as no one here can help with that and no moderator will publicly comment on a specific ban. I'd also point out that "Scarr" isn't a moderator on the subreddit and that it is against Reddit ToS to create alternative accounts in order to circumvent a ban. Creating a new account to intentionally see how easy it is to get a ban isn't a good idea. A newly created account breaking the rules is fairly obvious and this is taken into account when deciding what action to take against a user.
Some amazing games here! Cities Skylines, Overcooked and Golf with your Friends!!
New Pro deals... Nice!
> Check out Wavetale, coming to Stadia Pro as a First On Stadia release.  That is rad!

If you're getting the "There was a glitch" issue, sometimes closing the game, opening a different game (can use something like Destiny 2 if you don't own any others) and then reopening the game can work. If that doesn't work, your best bet is to contact the Developer as it's not Google who can fix issues with a game.
Control as a Pro game... Is this the first time the Ultimate Edition has been included in a subscription?
Young Souls was a nice stealth drop. Especially given it's basically coming first to Stadia!
Direct touch is perfect for a game like this! I've been waiting for a 4X on Stadia for ages, so glad to see this finally launching!!
